Book Your Party at the Pool
Members are allowed to book parties and events at the pool in (2) hour increments. Tables will be set aside under the shelter / pavilion for your use, but the pool will stay open for other members. Party Hosts much provide a list of guests at least two days before the event and clean up at the end of the party.
Week Day Availability
Choose (2) hours between 10am - 8pm.
Cost is $3 per guest with a minimum fee of $50.
A maximum of 30 guests allowed.
Weekend & Holiday Availability
Choose (2) hours between 10am - 1pm.
Cost is $4 per guest with a minimum fee of $65.
A maximum of 30 guests allowed.
Hours are more restricted due to pool usage on weekends.
Anyone wishing to hold a party should contact the Secretary (Lauren Pearre) with proposed dates and times
at least one week before the planned party.
Payments can be made on the day of the party (with the monitor) by credit card or pre-paid through the pools payment portal.
